William Horak Named Chair of Brookhaven Lab's Department of Nuclear Science and Technology

William Horak has been named chair of the new Department of Nuclear Science and Technology. For the past 10 years, Horak has served as chair of the Energy Sciences and Technology Department, where he supervised scientists and engineers developing and implementing technical projects in a wide variety of energy-related fields.
