SURREY – A new on-ramp and off-ramp along Highway 1 in Surrey is now open, announced the Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, and British Columbia Transportation Minister Kevin Falcon. Canada’s New Government contributed $1 million toward the $2.9-million project, along with $1.9 million provided by the Province of British Columbia.
