EPISODE340 - Mike Peters Senate Candidate Michigan
|
10/26/2010 09:00 PM
|
Mike Peters has lived my entire life in this great state. I was born at Wurthsmith Air Force Base in Oscoda, Michigan. Mike graduated from Oscoda Area High School in 1982 and went on to Central Michigan University to study mechanical engineering and computer science. graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in 1987. received a Master of Science in Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001 and, in August, 2005, he became a certified Program Management Professional. For the last 5 years and has been a leader in the Boy Scouts of America. Mike is an active member of our local PTSA and active in the schools, he is involved in his church, and has been employed in the automotive business for over 23 years.
There are three main areas Mike states he would like to focus my attention when elected:
1) Creating Jobs for the people!
This is the economic engine that powers our state. We must eliminate economic barriers and allow small business and private enterprise to flourish in this state.
2) Education of our children.
If we intend to attract and foster the growth of new businesses, we must have a World Class primary and secondary education system. Education is the key to our future as a state and as a nation.
3) A balanced and sustainable statewide budget.
For too long, we as a state, have had our spending exceed our income. Until recently, the solution was to raise taxes. Due to the economic climate, we can no longer afford to do this. The only solution - overhaul our tax systems, address frivolous spending, and create a multi-year balanced budget.
Jobs First and Government Accountability.
This is the philosophy behind everything I'll do when elected. With every piece of legislation that comes before me, I will ask three basic questions.
Question 1: Does this legislation create jobs? If the legislation does not help the families of Michigan, it will not get my support!
Question 2: How will this legislation be funded? A clear funding plan, including accountability, must accompany the legislation or it will not get my support.
Question 3: Is this legislation really necessary? Is this really the most important issue that we should be allocating resources to? Frivolous legislation with little value will not be tolerated. We need to remain focused on the most important and most pressing issues first.
Mike Peters is a husband, father of four and host to exchange students. a consumer, a tax payer, and active community member. I'm a Program Management Professional, a corporate employee, neighbor and friend to many with small businesses. Mike is running for State Senator because I believe the great state that I have called home my entire life can be greater than ever before. Mike wants to help make that happen....for my family and yours, for the communities of the 14th District and Michigan.
Mike believes in a smaller state government, lower taxes, and being held accountable for ones own actions. Mike believes that the State government should address and resolve statewide issues. Mike Peters believes County government should address and resolve county issues, and local government should address and resolve local issues.
Our state leaders have lost the confidence of the citizens. They no longer represent us, our families, our friends, our neighbors or our communities. They've forgotten that they work for and are employed by the people of the State of Michigan.
Mike is a problem solver and have the skills to get to heart of the problem and implement solutions! The gravity of the issues facing our legislators needs representation with this skill set now more that ever. Mike Peters seeking to restore the voice of the people in our Capital at a time when people need to be heard. He states he will represent your views and address the issues with you in mind.

EPISODE338 - Ken Mazur LMSW, A Fathers Affirmation, & why children need it
|
10/12/2010 08:04 PM
|
Ken Mazur is a Licensed Master Social Worker and colleague of our own, the "The
Parent Coach" Larry Herren. Mr. Mazur has been in clinical practice for over 25
years. While his clinical specialties are varied, Ken's passion and longest standing is
working with men and mens issues. Interestingly, Ken asserts that one of the most
troubling and common challenges he finds men face is "not feeling good enough,"
or measuring up to standards they believe they need to measure up to but not because
they're not good enough, rather, because they have an "albatross" hanging
around their neck that relates to never having felt affirmed by their fathers.
Tune in and listen to this most fascinating and powerful discussion about the need
children have for a fathers affirmation; how a dads affirmation is different and
necessary for children to thrive and continue thriving into adulthood.

EPISODE335 - Scott Dudek, Libertarian Candidate for State House District 32
|
09/21/2010 09:06 PM
|
START TIME IS 9:PM TUESDAY NIGHT.
Scott Dudek is a candidate for State Representative in the 32nd District and running as a Libertarian. www.lpwm.org/ScottDudek Scott understands all too well that "Children Need Both Parents" and supports Shared Parenting and Equal Parental Responsibility.
Part of Scotts Dudekâ??s Platform and Philosophies in his own words:
I believe in Freedom. The social, economic, political and other freedoms that earned America its place in history as the greatest nation on Earth.
Unfortunately, over the past several years our freedoms have been under attack. Government bailouts of a selected few "too big to fail" companies and preferential treatment of certain industries and politically-powerful groups violate every principle the Founding Fathers stood for. I, and the other candidates running on the Libertarian Party ticket, are determined to reverse these trends. Our government should NOT be picking winners and losers in our economy and American life. It SHOULD guarantee equal opportunities for all people, groups and businesses to grow and prosper, and then get out of the way. To do this we must work together to change the face of American politics.
Michigan has been cutting deals with large corporations in "cool" industries but over-taxing and over-regulating the small businesses, the true heart of Michigan's economy, to the point where the owners close their doors and leave for greener pastures. They flee to Texas, Florida or other states where there is no Michigan Business Tax, no personal income tax, and new employees can't be required to join a union as a condition of employment.
Times are tough in Michigan. Families faced with a job loss, lower incomes and higher costs are cutting spending, saving more and prudently taking action to survive. Shouldn't our government do the same? Raising taxes is not the answer. It will only further burden our struggling families and businesses, and destroy private sector jobs.
I, and other Libertarian Party candidates, pledge to bring the change that our state needs so badly. Not through back-room deals behind closed doors, but by fair, open and honest practices. We offer our Libertarian Common Sense Plan, intended to promote fair, open and honest government.
By fair, I mean no bail outs. No hand outs. No special deals for businesses, unions or individuals. Instead, cut spending now by eliminating all incentives, benefits, and programs that don't benefit the average voter or business. Cut government costs by eliminating all agencies and regulations that impede the creation of jobs and businesses, competition and personal freedom. Eliminate tax abatements, exemptions and discounts for the few preferred businesses, unions and individuals, and cut the tax rates paid by all.
By open, I mean promote transparency by promptly posting budgets, finances, proceedings, legislation and documents for all levels of government on line. Encourage participation in government by permitting registration and voting by mail, replacing onerous ballot access requirements with simple and fair ones, and eliminating campaign finance requirements designed to be exploited by professional politicians to screen out challengers.
My vision is to change the face of Michigan politics. To lift Michigan back to its feet and make it a place where families and businesses can thrive. A place where students will want to stay after graduation to find work and raise their families. A state that will attract people from all over the country.

EPISODE324 - Guest: Author Tony Rassini "Dad, it's Time to Tell The Truth"
|
07/31/2010 06:09 PM
|
SPECIAL BROADCAST IS 6:PM SATURDAY, due to technical issues (Talkshoe) out of our control with our prior Tueday's show We have invited back Tony Rassini as our guest for Saturday night and there will be NO BROADCAST ON ELECTION DAY. We encourage you to vote August 3rd for your favorite candidate in Tuesday's Primary Election, "Vote early and Often" (BIF Humor)
A Detroit Father Loses it All and Mends Relationships with His Children. Tony Rassini's New Book Looks at the Aftermath of Addiction, Marriage, Divorce and its Effect on the Children. One in every two marriages in the United States ends in divorce and fifty percent of children from those divorces face difficulties later in life. In an effort to reveal the truths and help his son cope with the aftermath of his parents ugly divorce, author Tony Rassini has just released his debut book, Dad, It's Time to Tell the Truth! (published by AuthorHouse ). Discover what happens when two parents hate each other more than they love their kids; this is a memoir unlike any other. Dad, It's time to tell the Truth! is the story of one man's struggle to be a father to four children in the midst of constant turmoil. Rassini writes a memoir that is candid, thorough and at times shocking. He confronts the consequences of abuse, frivolous spending habits and neglect. His family's seemingly extravagant, normal life to all on the outside had devastating consequences to those living on the inside. He documents his experience with lawyers, doctors and the courts while examining the effects his life choices had on his children. Rassini says: I have not written this book as a victim. I did not write it to place blame. My goal in writing my story is to share my truths, choices, consequences, and rewards. If one person, family, or child can learn one thing that improves their lives and/or prevents any of the hardships I placed upon myself, my children, and my family and friends, then I have given unconditional love. In order to help his son heal from a nasty divorce and understand why his father couldn't be closer to him, Rassini gave his son the only thing he had left "the truth". This bold move exposed Rassini's vulnerable past starting with the sexual abuse he endured at an early age by a family member, drug and alcohol abuse, his road to sobriety, losing his multi-million dollar family business and becoming nearly homeless, details of his marriage and divorce from his son's mother and much more. He writes: I was failing in protecting my son. Since I began to write this truth, I have peeled away another layer to uncover the fact that I was beginning to feel like a POW. Camille was in charge; she won, and that meant Nick and Sara lost. To me it had become apparent that she hated me more than she loved the kids. From her perspective, being an involved father doing what was in the best interest of the children meant money, money and more money. After a 12 year recovery from his addictions, Rassini slipped into a relapse for 11 years as a result of his marriage to his second wife. As readers continue on a journey with him, they see him lose God, himself, his family and children. Readers will experience what the loss meant to him and how he found his way back to sobriety and the core values of God, Self, Family and Child. Rassini does not believe his trials have been in vain; he hopes readers will learn from his mistakes and realize the importance of God, Self, Family and Child to improve their quality of life and avoid a shallow existence. About the Author: Tony Rassini currently resides in Hartland, Michigan where he works as a weatherization salesman. He attended Harvard Business College for the Owner/President Management program and was previously the owner of his family owned business, MRM Inc. He is a first time author and proud father of four children. For more information and the link to purchase visit: www.4familyandchild.com.

EPISODE294 - Are Fathers Truly Valued in American Society Today??
|
04/13/2010 08:08 PM
|
Have you seen the â??Ad Councilsâ?? advertisements encouraging dads to â??take time to be a dad today?â?? Per their report - Oct. 8, 2009 - more than 79% of Americans feel "the most significant family or social problem facing America is the physical absence of the father from the home." They note that research shows the lack of a father in the home closely correlates with crime, educational and emotional problems, teenage pregnancy, and substance abuse.
In an effort to show dads the critical role they play in their children's lives, the Ad Council has partnered with the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse and volunteer ad agency Campbell-Ewald to create a new Public Service Ad campaign that communicates to fathers that their presence is essential to their children's well-being. The campaign is said to be an effort to provide fathers with information they need to become better dads. One of the commercials even features President Obama talking about a few of the important ways we can spend time with our children. The commercials target a wide array of dads from various backgrounds and walks of life but they all hold to the same message - actually a mantra that is clearly spoken at the end of each ad which states â??the smallest moments can have the biggest impact on a child's life. Take time to be a dad today.â??
This all sounds noble enough; your children need you, your time and role in parenting but what about the thousands of dads who understand that fact yet outside of marriage, they've been disenfranchised in their parental role to nothing more than an every other weekend visitor, demoted in their parental role to nothing more than an every other weekend visitor, or sometimes even less? With all due respect to this campaign and the organizations behind it, their missing the prevail elephant in the room. Tune in to BIF Radio tonight and join this lively discussion. How are Fathers perceived today? Are Fathers truly valued in American Society today?

News Story: MICHIGAN RULES DERAIL CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS
(Surcharges cause unemployed parents to fall further behind)
Detroit News 12/7/2009 Reporter Catherine Jun / The Detroit News
Scores of Michigan parents have fallen behind on their child support payments, and state regulations prevent some from ever catching up.
A large percentage of the debt is due to a surcharge the state began applying to delinquent payers in 1996, officials acknowledge. Though designed to encourage parents not to skip the payments, the surcharge has pushed some parents into such a deep hole they can't climb out.
About $9.2 billion in back child support is owed in Michigan, affecting more than 600,000 children. That's about two-thirds of child support cases in the state.
With state unemployment at 15 percent, courts and prosecutors that hunt down deadbeat dads are finding some fathers don't have the money to pay.
...........
Michigan ranks third among states with the highest amount of uncollected child support funds. The state surcharge is a key culprit, compounding the debt of delinquent payers by essentially adding interest onto overdue back payments, said Marilyn Stephen, director of the state Office of Child Support.
"The reality is that it seems to have disincentivized payers," Stephen said.
In some cases, it has scared payers away from making support payments altogether, cutting off needed dollars to children, she added. "It absolutely affects their kids."
For some who do pay, the surcharge, applied twice a year, has bloated their arrearages beyond what they can manage.
...........
David Pate, co-director of the Wisconsin-based Center for Family Policy and Practice, said that states with heavy arrearages could face challenges when seeking federal dollars.
"If you have a very high debt in the state coffers, it looks like you're not making your collections," Pate said.
.............
"The goal is to be more flexible ... and hopefully keep the parents involved," said Sen. Mark Jansen, R-Gaines Township, a bill sponsor. He said by giving courts discretion, judges can consider the individual circumstances of payers.
..............
Wayne County leads state
State authorities have in recent years used the threat of criminal conviction to get delinquent parents to pay.
Since 2003, the state Attorney General has collected $80 million in child support to benefit more than 7,000 children.
Investigators have to spend more time trying to determine which parents are knowingly dodging payments and which simply cannot pay, said Nick DeLeeuw, a spokesman for the attorney general's office.
..............Last year, the county collected $10.5 million in support for at least 4,000 children.
"I don't know if we're going to do as much this year," said Nancy Neff, assistant prosecuting attorney. "We're hearing more and more that people aren't employed."
Investigators, however, aren't necessarily accepting unemployment as an excuse for nonpayment. Some parents are getting paid doing odd jobs, Neff said. "Are people in financial straits? Absolutely. Are they completely without resources? No," she said.
Westland's Deron said he is.
Since his unemployment checks ran out, he and his girlfriend have stretched her disability checks to pay for rent, food and clothes for her 12-year-old daughter and their 17-month-old baby.
He found out several months ago he had felony warrants for arrearages on child and spousal support. He owes $11,024 to his ex-wife, two sons and the state.
Court documents show support was garnished from his paychecks, unemployment checks and income tax returns since 2005. Deron is scheduled to return to court in January.
"With a felony, I'm never going to get a job now," he said. "That doesn't help out my children one bit."

Author: Kevin A. Hill
Til Divorce Do Us Part
Why Men Sing The Blues
About the Author
Kevin A. Hill author of "Til Divorce Do Us Part" Is a member of the Detroit Writers Galore and a graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor with a BA in sociology and is currently a Senior Budget Analyst for the City of Detroit. As a divorced father, he wrote "Til Divorce Do Us Part" to challenge the prevailing myth in American society that all fathers who are no longer married to (or who no longer physically reside with) the mother of their children are 'rotten to the core.' Hence, his book attempts to counter the false perception that (held by many) in this society that all non-custodial fathers are 'deadbeats' and 'irresponsible men.' Kevin Hill resides in Detroit, Michigan with my wife, Yvonne, and enjoys writing, walking, gardening and traveling.
Book Overview
Til Divorce Do Us Part! is a novel based upon a divorced father (Michael Watts Sr.) who has a very turbulent relationship with his ex-wife (Anne Watts), who is the mother of his two children. Anne is a constant thorn in her ex-husband's side. She is a scorned woman who feels that she has an axe to grind with her ex-husband in spite of his being a great father to their children. He faithfully adheres to all of his responsibilities as it involves his role as a non-custodial parent, i.e., he always pays his child support on time, he has regular (frequent) visitation periods with his children and he is always there for them whenever they need him. Hence, he is actively and positively involved in their lives. Nevertheless, that is not good enough for Anne, as she harbors ill-will toward Michael as a result of their rocky ten-year long marriage, which wrecked Michael emotionally and placed him in the poor house. Anne does everything in her power to make Michael's post-divorce live miserable. After Michael decides to move on with his life when he once again fell in love and found a new life (Carla Thompson), all hell breaks loose. At that point, Anne launches an all out assault on her ex-husband. It was became obvious that she no longer wants him, and she does not want Carla to have him either. During Michael and Carla's marriage, Anne does everything in her power to drive a wedge between the new Mr. & Mrs. Watts. Anne uses Michael's love for his children as lethal weapon against him. Michael is the antithesis of a deadbeat dad (to his own detriment) as he altruistically places his children's health and welfare above that of his own.

EPISODE242 - Author of the book, Behind the Black Robes: Failed Justice
|
09/15/2009 08:05 PM
|
Our Guest: Author Barbara C. Johnson, Advocate of Court Reform. Disbarred from practicing law in Massachusetts for challenging the system. Barbara speaks out in her book, "Behind the Black Robes: Failed Justice". The book addresses a serious problem, the need for court reform and the abolishment of judicial and quasi-judicial immunity. Marinated with the makings of sizzle, the book is filled with the courts tricks and traps for the unwary to alert the readers both why their law cases failed and what must be done to effect court reform. Each chapter introduces the background of the subject of that chapter and then presents a series of illustrative anecdotes intended to teach the readers by example how to avoid those court tricks and traps people are likely to encounter in their existing or potential court cases.
Its author, Barbara C. Johnson, an unconventional 74-year-old, has long been a fierce advocate for fathers' rights in family courts. She is an outspoken critic of the Massachusetts court system, which she says is rife with corruption.
In 2002, she ran a quixotic campaign for governor, campaigning in an antique fire truck and promising to use creativity, compassion, and a willingness to listen to the People to mend an ailing government.
In 2006, Johnson was barred from practicing law in Massachusetts. The disbarment by a kangaroo court was an effort to silence my criticism of the courts, she said.
A newspaper wrote, While we don't fully agree with either her politics or her methods, Johnson is a character in a humdrum world sorely in need of more characters. She's the thorn in the side, the thumbtack on the chair. . . . Johnson speaks her mind, and loudly.

Connectedness inspired by family relationships transcends all time, generations, ethnicity's and geography. It creates a rich human tapestry and a fullness of life not achievable by any other means.
Family is the foundation and center of a dynamic, civil society and a robust, growing economy that allows people to develop, grow and achieve far more than they could on their own. We believe that the institution of marriage provides natural safeguards for children, parents and the entire family that a just and free nation must labor to protect.
We believe every child has a birthright to be parented equally, fully and lovingly by a father and a mother alike unencumbered by state interference even when circumstances require parents to parent apart. We affirm also that a child benefits from the love, guidance and nurturance of all family members including grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. To these ends, the Family Rights Coalition of Michigan dedicates itself to safeguarding marriage and the parent-child bond through fellowship, education, community involvement, and political activism.
The FRC is concentrating on three main areas:
1.) Strengthening Marriage: This is a pro-active approach to promote Community Marriage Policies (CMP) here in Michigan. CMPs have been proven to reduce divorce by 50% and reduce society's ills accordingly. This approach builds healthy families and keeps people out of the control of the government.
2.) Promoting Equal Parenting: The FRC wrote HB 5267 in 2005 by using Constitutionally correct language. It's current form is HB 5411 and has been introduced by Rep. Brian Calley.
3.) Judicial Accountability: We currently have a informal court watch system that strives to hold the "System" accountable to the Constitution and the laws of the land by monitoring hearings for violations of civil and legal rights and for gender bias
FRC runs the FRC-PAC, publishes The Michigan Family Defender, issues a Prescription Savings Card.

EPISODE 207 - Al Green, Author - Blind Baseball about the failed judiciary
|
05/19/2009 08:11 PM
|
Al Green has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Eastern Michigan University. He runs a successful independent securities business in Ypsilanti, Michigan. At age 57, he is a father of two adult daughters and grandfather of three granddaughters. It was Mr. Green's youthful ambition to one day become a published author. For thirty years he pursued his private studies and honed his writing skills. Blind Baseball was written when Mr. Green was 35 years old but edited to his satisfaction in his fifties.
A. Green is President of A. Green Charity, sponsor of amateur baseball and The Greater Ypsilanti Santa Project. He is past treasurer of the Ypsilanti Central Business Community and current board member and season sponsor of the Ypsilanti Symphony Orchestra.
Author and publisher Joseph Sobran, has called this novel a "monumental work of genius." Blind Baseball is a game of absurdity and monstrosity as well. On its surface this is a story of a vicious super divorce. Metaphorically it is a story of the death of the American family. As arbiter of the rules of marriage, divorce and custody the social engineers are intentionally attempting to destroy the traditional family to create a new socialistic blended family, one that has been through the blender. The modern materialist state accrues power unto itself and will not tolerate any rival authority or loyalty. The state has been wildly successful in fostering and exploiting divorce. Attorneys have been wildly successful at cashing in on the bonanza of subjective law and social engineering. Is the family being destroyed on purpose or is it just another case of government stupidity? The decision is yours. The stakes are enormous.

EPISODE203 -Ned Holstein, M.D., M.S. Founder, Chairman of Fathers & Familes
|
05/05/2009 08:08 PM
|
Ned Holstein M.D., M.S. Founder of Fathers & Families will discuss his organizations efforts campaigning against Lifetime's 'Deadbeat Dads'--Contact Hearst Corp
FROM GLENN SACKS NEWS 5-5-2009:
Last April, Fathers & Families led a highly-publicized campaign against the show (originally called ¢??Bad Dads¢??) and got Fox to drop it. Now Lifetime TV, which reaches nearly 100 million households, has picked up Deadbeat Dads, which unfairly depicts divorced fathers as uncaring and selfish. Research clearly shows that most divorced dads pay their child support and remain a part of their children's lives, often under difficult circumstances. In fact, federal government data shows that the overwhelming majority of "deadbeat dads" earn poverty level wages--only 4% earn even $40,000 a year.
Deadbeat Dads kicks fathers while they're down. Media reports show the majority of those losing their jobs in this recession are men, and child support orders are notoriously difficult to modify downward. As the New York Times, the Boston Globe, and other papers have documented, these hard luck dads sometimes end up in jail.
The worst part about Deadbeat Dads is the way it publicly humiliates children in single parent families by depicting their fathers as not loving or caring for them. How is a child to feel when he or she sees their dad being vilified on TV because he allegedly doesn't love or provide for them? How is the child to feel when he or she is reminded of this by friends or teased about it on the schoolyard?
Another problem with Deadbeat Dads is that studies show that the arrearages for which "deadbeat dads" are pursued are often erroneous. For example, a recent Massachusetts audit found that the arrearages were incorrect in 92% of that state's cases.
Moreover, Deadbeat Dads glorifies the role of private child support collection agencies, even though these agencies often manhandle fathers and exploit and deceive custodial mothers. In fact, women's advocates, including the National Organization for Women, have repeatedly condemned these agencies for mistreating women. Durham, the central figure in Deadbeat Dads, has often been singled out by women's groups as a perpetrator of these abusive tactics.
Together with you in the struggle,
Glenn Sacks, MA
Executive Director, Fathers & Families

EPISODE 202 - "JOE THE PLUMBER" Nationaly Known Voice of the People
|
04/28/2009 09:09 PM
|
New national folk hero, "Joe The Plumber" will discuss his views on the Divorce System in the US and how he has remained a strong presence in the life of His Son.
Dave Taylor attended the Anti-Taxation Tea Party in Lansing Michigan where he met up with Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, more commonly known as "Joe The Plumber" who was one of the rally's biggest draws. Joe stated:
"The mainstream media wants to paint us as a bunch of extremists," Wurzelbacher Stated: "Are we extremists because we believe that socialism is not the answer? And here's another view they think is extremist, 'In God we trust.'"
Joe Wurzelbacher is a great example of how a single voice can make a huge difference! Joe has rekindled millions of hard working Americans belief in the first amendment (freedom of speech) and gives hope to parents who believe its all about "The Best Interest Of The Family" and letting your voice be heard by an out of control Bureaucracy that needs to respect the parent-child relationship.

They have helped the clergy of more than 200 cities adopt a Community Marriage Policy, an agreement across denominational lines, to make marriage such a priority in their churches that divorce rates fall.
According to a study by the Institute for Research & Evaluation, divorce rates dropped in the first 114 cities with a Community Marriage Policy saving 30,000 to 50,000 marriages by 2001. With six more years and 100 more CMP cities, perhaps 100,000 divorces have been averted.

There have certainly been times in your life when encountering the judisical system you wondered HOW in the world (hell) the guys with the gavel got to sit there and bang it! Did you looked him or her in the eye and think there was nobody home? (You knew better then to say it.) (maybe not this)
If yours was a family matter, I'm sure it seemed that NO ONE had a clue about what was really best for your spouse OR the most important part of your life your child
NOW there's a new interactive internet radio talk show that holds family courts CPS workers and judges gone wild accountable,
to affect postive change for fathners rights mothers right and most importantly CHILDRENS rights
with investivgative reporting from anonymous whistle blowers,
first hand accounts from parents who have had their rights trampled on by the system.
where you the listener can be apart of the show, WE want to hear from YOU!
We know from first hand experience what they call fair and just usually isn't.
